01When is the campsite open?
Camp Ilijin Vir is open all year round, 365 days. The pool and some activities are seasonal.
02How much does a night cost?
€15 per night for a campervan, €10 per night for a tent. Electricity and WiFi are included.
03Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes — every fourth night is free.
04Do I pay extra for the pool?
The pool is free for stays of two nights or more. For a single night there is a €10 charge.
05Are pets allowed?
Yes, the campsite is pet friendly and we do not charge extra for pets.
06Is there electricity at the pitch?
Yes, every pitch has an electrical hookup and it is included in the nightly rate.
07Is there WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is free and covers the campsite.
08Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a wash costs €2 per cycle.
09Has the campsite won any awards?
In 2026 the camp was selected as a finalist for the European Responsible Tourism Awards, Montenegro's only representative among 15 European finalists. We also hold the Eco Certificate for Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas from Montenegro's Environmental Protection Agency, and the international Good Travel Seal.
10Can you swim in the river?
Yes, the campsite has direct access to the Zeta and a prepared bathing spot.
11What activities do you offer?
Canoe tours on the Zeta with a professional guide (on request), swimming in the river and in the 11.6×6m pool, walking and cycling trails through the Zeta Valley, a kids zone with a slide, trampoline, swings, mini football and archery, BBQ areas, and local products — vegetables, wine and brandy.
12Do you organise trips to Ostrog Monastery?
Yes, we organise transfers to Ostrog Monastery, about 10 km from the campsite. Contact us for prices and times.
13What makes the campsite eco-friendly?
We use solar energy, renewable water-heating systems, rainwater collection, composting and selective waste sorting.
